We would like to congratulate Stephanie Howarth on her promotion at Monton House from Clinical Lead to Manager.

We would like to further congratulate Stephanie on her Nomination for Assessor/Supervisor of the Year by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Stephanie was nominated for this for her ongoing efforts and commitment to supporting student nurses at Monton House to achieve their optimum outcomes and knowledge development.
Nazgol Hor – who has been hired as the HR Admin.
Arthur Todd – who has recently been hired as the new home manager of Ropers Barn House.
Mike Edmonson – Big congratulations to Mike Edmondson, the Clinical Lead at Ashley Lane. Mike has a Nursing career that spans back over 40 years and has a huge amount of knowledge and experience which he brings to the team. Mike has been with Next Steps since the beginning, going back 8 years. In that time Mike has been able to develop a positive relationship with Students and the GMMH student leads. Mike goes above and beyond to ensure that students receive the best possible placement experience. With this Mike has been rewarded for all of his efforts and has been awarded The University of Manchester Best Supervisor/Assessor Award for 2025. Big congratulations to Mike, this is well deserved and we are very proud to have Mike work for our organisation here at Next Steps.
